Third-party schemas

Two datasets reuse the schema of an existing sample database: its table
and column names, the relationships between them, and a handful of
reference values (Northwind's category and region names, Chinook's genre
names). No rows are copied; every row is generated by hose. Those schemas
are used under the MIT Licenses reproduced below, with their copyright
and permission notices kept intact.

Northwind is a sample database by Microsoft, and Chinook one by Luis
Rocha. The hose datasets that share their names are not affiliated with,
sponsored by, or endorsed by either.
